IFAWE Terms and Conditions

Welcome to IFAWE (Initiative for Family and Environmental Welfare). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and participation in any of our programs. By engaging with IFAWE in any capacity, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

IFAWE is a non-profit organization dedicated to:

• Family Promotion: Supporting and empowering families to ensure improved welfare and social stability.

• Environmental Protection: Advocating for and implementing sustainable environmental practices.

We operate based on the following:

• Mission: To promote the lives of families and social welfare through measures that protect the environment and fight against human obstacles and challenges.

• Vision: To attain a high level of social welfare for our beneficiaries and create a favorable, enjoyable environment through capacity-strengthening projects and financial support where needed.

2. Eligibility

Participation in IFAWE’s programs and access to services is open to all individuals and communities who align with our values and objectives. Certain projects may have specific eligibility requirements, which will be communicated accordingly.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants, staff, and volunteers must adhere to the following:

• Treat all individuals with respect and dignity.

• Avoid any form of discrimination, abuse, or harassment.

• Support and uphold the goals of IFAWE in all engagements.

• Comply with all local laws and regulations during participation.

4. Use of Information

IFAWE may collect and use personal and organizational data solely for purposes related to service delivery, project monitoring, and impact assessment. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources developed by or for IFAWE, including training materials, publications, and branding assets, are the property of IFAWE and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

6. Program Participation

By joining any IFAWE program:

• You agree to the project-specific terms, timelines, and reporting requirements.

• IFAWE reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if terms are violated.

• Any misuse of resources provided by IFAWE will result in disqualification and legal action if necessary.

7. Environmental Responsibility

Participants and partners must commit to environmental protection practices during all IFAWE-supported activities. This includes:

• Proper waste management,

• Responsible use of natural resources,

• Supporting reforestation, clean energy, or other sustainability initiatives.

8. Liability

IFAWE shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Unauthorized use of our materials,

• Misrepresentation of IFAWE,

• Any action taken by third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

IFAWE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our official website or through formal announcements.
